Presentation – Alicia presents to grade schools, middle schools and high schools. Her basic presentation is outlined above. Please discuss ahead of time which book you wish her to feature. Alicia is also available for Adult audiences, Illustrator-Workshops or Webinars

Preparation – For picture book presentations, it is best if the students are familiar with Alicia’s book ahead of time. Some of the books have coloring pages and/or activity guides in the FUN EXTRAS page . It is helpful to have questions prepared ahead of time for the Q&A.

Location – Alicia presents in classrooms, libraries, gym and/or cafeteria. Alicia will provide a microphone. If you signed up for Alicia’s one-hour slide show presentation, please provide a projector or screen to display her PDF presentation.

Supplies – For Alicia’s Draw-a-long, students will need a blank paper, pencil and a hard surface to draw on. For virtual visits, access to a large screen/projector and virtual meeting software is required. Please run a test call with Alicia prior to the virtual visit.

Recording – Please do not record Alicia’s performance unless she has given consent. Photos and screenshots are fine.
